       The Committee on Rules (Rodriguez) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 46 - 47
    4  and insert:
    5  fees and that no other extraordinary collection actions are
    6  taken by the purchaser of the debt which could otherwise be
    7  taken by the licensed facility, as described in subsection (1).
