       The Committee on Rules (Truenow) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete lines 68 - 70
    4  and insert:
    5         (8) A lien waiver or lien release that is not substantially
    6  similar to the forms in subsections (4) and (5) is enforceable
    7  in accordance with the terms of the lien waiver or lien release,
    8  provided the lien waiver form or lien release form does not
    9  include additional terms beyond the forms in subsections (4) and
   10  (5).

   13  And the title is amended as follows:
   14         Delete lines 8 - 11
   15  and insert:
   16         of funds, rather than payment of a check; providing
   17         construction; providing an effective date.
