       Senator Brodeur moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete lines 885 - 938
    4  and insert:
    5         Section 15. The Department of Environmental Protection may
    6  submit budget amendments to request the realignment of funds
    7  appropriated for Everglades restoration in the 2025-2026 General
    8  Appropriations Act pursuant to s. 216.292(4), Florida Statutes,
    9  subject to the approval of the Legislative Budget Commission.
