       The Committee on Fiscal Policy (Grall) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)

    3         Between lines 281 and 282
    4  insert:
    5         Section 6. For the 2025-2026 fiscal year, the sum of $3
    6  million in recurring funds from the General Revenue Fund is
    7  appropriated to the Department of Children and Families to
    8  develop and implement the Treatment Foster Care Pilot Program
    9  established in s. 409.996(27), Florida Statutes, as created by
   10  this act.
   11         Section 7. For the 2025-2026 fiscal year, the sums of
   12  $100,000 in recurring funds and $200,000 in nonrecurring funds
   13  from the General Revenue Fund is appropriated to the Department
   14  of Children and Families to develop and implement the Child
   15  Protective Investigator and Case Manager Recruitment Program
   16  established in s. 402.402(4), Florida Statutes, as created by
   17  this act.

   22  and insert:
