       Senator Collins moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with directory and title amendments)
    2  
    3         Between lines 55 and 56
    4  insert:
    5         (3) It is an affirmative defense to a prosecution under
    6  this section that:
    7         (b) The person lured or enticed, or attempted to lure or
    8  entice, the child under the age of 14 12 into or out of a
    9  structure, dwelling, or conveyance for a lawful purpose.

   12  And the directory clause is amended as follows:
   13         Delete lines 31 - 32
   14  and insert:
   15         Section 2. Subsection (2) and paragraph (b) of subsection
