       The Committee on Fiscal Policy (Yarborough) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (877818) (with title
    2  amendment)

    4         Delete lines 88 - 103
    5  and insert:
    6         (4)By June 1, 2026, the agency shall submit to the
    7  Governor, the President of the Senate, and the Speaker of the
    8  House of Representatives a detailed report on the incidence of
    9  venous thromboembolism using inpatient and outpatient data for
   10  services provided between July 1, 2024, and June 30, 2025. The
   11  report must provide analyses of all of the following:
   12         (a)Age category, initial primary diagnosis and procedure,
   13  and secondary diagnoses, readmission rates for inpatients,
   14  admission rates for venous thromboembolism for which the patient
   15  had an ambulatory surgery procedure, and emergency department
   16  visits for venous thromboembolism linked to any previous
   17  admission.
   18         (b)Whether the venous thromboembolism was present upon
   19  admission.
   20         (c)The incidence of venous thromboembolism procedures
   21  reported on the agency’s Florida Health Finder website.

   26         Delete line 272
   27  and insert:
