       Senator Pizzo moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete line 1152
    4  and insert:
    5  eligibility beginning July 1, 2025. Any student, at the time of
    6  the effective date of this act, enrolled at a state university,
    7  Florida College System institution, career center operated by a
    8  school district under s. 1001.44, Florida Statutes, or charter
    9  technical career center who has been granted a fee waiver
   10  pursuant to s. 1009.26(12), Florida Statutes, before the
   11  effective date of this act, may continue to pursue his or her
   12  current degree or certificate under such fee waiver for a
   13  maximum of 4 years.
