       The Committee on Rules (Mayfield) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (321918) 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 32 - 41
    4  and insert:
    5  applicable; and
    6         3. The property owner agrees to pay all fees associated
    7  with connection, including fees for infrastructure required to
    8  serve the property; and either
    9         4.a. The property is within one-half mile of a main line of
   10  the municipal utility, measured by the closest property boundary
   11  line from such main line; or
   12         b. The property is within the municipality’s urban service
   13  area as defined in s. 163.3164 and is more than one-half mile
   14  from but within 1 mile of a main line of the municipal utility,
   15  measured in the same manner as stated in sub-subparagraph a.
