    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (394774) (with title
    2  amendment)
    3  
    4         Delete lines 20 - 21
    5  and insert:
    6  collect, or enforce:
    7         1. An operating fee for personal delivery devices, except
    8  as expressly authorized by general law; or
    9         2. An advertising regulation that restricts, prohibits,
   10  conditions, or otherwise limits commercial advertising on
   11  personal delivery devices.
