       The Committee on Regulated Industries (DiCeglie) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (269350) (with title
    2  amendment)

    4         Delete line 856
    5  and insert:

    8  468.603(5), or a person who holds the same licensure or
