       The Appropriations Committee on Agriculture, Environment, and
       General Government (DiCeglie) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Substitute Amendment (508894) (with
    2  title amendment)

    4         Delete lines 11 - 21
    5  and insert:
    6         (4) The department must enter into and maintain one or more
    7  state term contracts with vendors for the purpose of providing
    8  building code inspection services as defined in s. 553.791.
