       Senator Berman moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Delete line 461
    4  and insert:
    5  voter registration system. The procedures in this paragraph
    6  requiring documentary evidence of United States citizenship do
    7  not apply to a voter who has been continuously registered to
    8  vote in this state for at least four general elections and who
    9  is 80 years of age or older at the time his or her continuous
   10  registration is verified.
