Senator Massullo moved the following:
1 Senate Amendment (with title amendment)

3 Delete lines 180 - 190
4 and insert:
5 2. By July 1, 2030, any commercial property or any
6 residential property of 10 acres or less with an existing onsite
7 sewage treatment and disposal system located within the Banana
8 River Lagoon Basin Management Action Plan, Central Indian River
9 Lagoon Basin Management Action Plan, North Indian River Lagoon
10 Basin Management Action Plan, and Mosquito Lagoon Reasonable
11 Assurance Plan areas must connect to central sewer if available
12 or upgrade to an enhanced nutrient-reducing onsite sewage
13 treatment and disposal system or other wastewater treatment
14 system that achieves at least 65 percent nitrogen reduction. For
15 all applications submitted before July 1, 2030, to a permitting
16
