       Senator Martin moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (211682) 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 120 - 126
    4  and insert:
    5  customers, and the gross revenues generated from such sales;
    6         (c) Whether the rates, fees, and charges imposed on
    7  customers that receive services at a location outside the
    8  municipality’s boundaries are different than the rates, fees,
    9  and charges imposed on customers within the boundaries of the
   10  municipality, and, if so, the amount and percentage of the
   11  differential; and
   12         (d) The percentage of revenues generated from the provision
   13  of utility services that were used to fund or finance nonutility
   14  government functions or services of the municipality, and the
   15  percentage of the municipality’s nonutility budget that was
   16  funded by such revenues.
