    3         Delete lines 124 - 125
    4  and insert:
    5  sacred texts or traditions of such religion.

    8  And the title is amended as follows:
    9         Delete lines 100 - 111
   10  and insert:
   11         WHEREAS, the Legislature has determined that a public or
   12  private authority or tribunal in the State of Florida should not
   13  enforce any religious practice that violates legal rights, NOW,
