       The Committee on Rules (Gaetz) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment 
    2  
    3         Delete lines 23 - 30
    4  and insert:
    5         (a) Less than 30 miles from a proposed Class B biosolids
    6  land application site;
    7         (b) Owned or operated by the Federal Government or a
    8  federal agency, a state government body or agency, or a
    9  political subdivision of this state; and
   10         (c) Not defunct, used for other purposes, or out of
   11  capacity.
   12         Section 2. This act shall take effect July 1, 2027.
