       The Committee on Fiscal Policy (Massullo) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Between lines 1707 and 1708
    4  insert:
    5         Section 21. Subsection (6) of section 403.892, Florida
    6  Statutes, is amended to read:
    7         403.892 Incentives for the use of graywater technologies.—
    8         (6) This section does not apply to multifamily projects
    9  with a building height greater than the maximum height allowed
   10  under s. 125.01055 or s. 166.04151 more than five stories in
   11  height. Whether a dwelling is occupied by an owner is not an
   12  eligibility criterion for a developer or homebuilder to receive
   13  the incentives authorized under this section.
