       The Committee on Rules (Pizzo) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)

    3         Between lines 508 and 509
    4  insert:
    5         Section 9. Subsection (4) of section 551.114, Florida
    6  Statutes, is amended to read:
    7         551.114 Slot machine gaming areas.—
    8         (4) Designated slot machine gaming areas must be located at
    9  or within 1 mile of the address specified in the licensed
   10  permitholder’s slot machine license, excluding roads, highways,
   11  and streets. The designated slot machine gaming area must be
   12  under the ownership or lease of the permitholder issued for
   13  fiscal year 2020-2021.
