       The Appropriations Committee on Agriculture, Environment, and
       General Government (Trumbull) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Between lines 228 and 229
    4  insert:
    5         Section 4. Paragraph (d) of subsection (3) of section
    6  327.4108, Florida Statutes, is amended to read:
    7         327.4108 Anchoring of vessels in anchoring limitation
    8  areas.—
    9         (3)
   10         (d) A vessel upon the waters of this state and within
   11  Monroe County for which the owner or occupant has established
   12  the vessel as a domicile in accordance with s. 222.17 is exempt
   13  from paragraph (a) until at least 60 100 new moorings are
   14  available for public use within 1 mile of the Key West Bight
   15  City Dock. Until such time, the commission shall designate the
   16  area within 1 mile of the Key West Bight City Dock as a priority
   17  for the investigation and removal of derelict vessels.

   21         Delete line 23
   22  and insert:
   23         rules; amending s. 327.4108, F.S.; revising the
   24         exemption from requirements for vessel relocation
   25         under certain circumstances for certain vessels;
   26         providing an effective date.
