       Senator Berman moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Between lines 307 and 308
    4  insert:
    5         (7) The agency may not implement the work and community
    6  engagement requirements specified under this section until the
    7  state has expanded Medicaid eligibility for the state Medicaid
    8  program to include coverage of individuals as specified under s.
    9  1902(a)(10)(A)(i)(VIII) of the Social Security Act, as amended,
   10  and such expansion has been approved by the Centers for Medicare
   11  and Medicaid Services.

   15         Between lines 45 and 46
   16  insert:
   17         prohibiting the agency from implementing the work and
   18         community engagement requirements until a certain
   19         expansion of the state Medicaid program has occurred
   20         and is federally approved;
