       The Committee on Appropriations (Brodeur) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with directory and title amendments)
    2  
    3         Delete lines 733 - 854
    4  and insert:
    5         (v)(u) “Pharmacy benefits plan or program” means a plan or
    6  program that pays for, reimburses, covers the cost of, or
    7  provides access to discounts on pharmacist services provided by
    8  one or more pharmacies to covered persons who reside in, are
    9  employed by, or receive pharmacist services from this state.
   10         1. The term includes, but is not limited to, health
   11  maintenance organizations, health insurers, self-insured
   12  employer health plans, discount card programs, and government
   13  funded health plans, including the Statewide Medicaid Managed
   14  Care program established pursuant to part IV of chapter 409 and
   15  the state group insurance program pursuant to part I of chapter
   16  110.
   17         2. The term excludes such a plan or program under s. 430.84
   18  or chapter 440.

   23  and insert:
   24         Section 7. Present paragraphs (b) through (x) of subsection

   26  paragraphs (c) through (z), respectively, a new paragraph (b) is
   27  added to that subsection, and present paragraph (u) of
   28  subsection (1) and
