On Page: 006             Provides $1,000,000 in nonrecurring PECO trust funds 
                         for the Daytona State College Aircraft 
Spec App:  16A           Airframe/Power Plant (SF 2571). Reduces funding by 
                         the same amount from the State University System 
                         Maintenance, Repair, Renovation, and Remodeling.
