On Page: 006             Provides $2,000,000 in nonrecurring PECO trust funds 
                         for the Gulf Coast State College - HVAC Repairs and 
Spec App:  16A           Replacement (SF 3254). Reduces funding by the same 
                         amount from the Gulf Coast State College - 
                         Multi-Purpose Teaching Labs Facility (SF 3255).
