On Page: 106             Provides $350,000 in nonrecurring general revenue 
                         funds for Tampa Bay Thrives Youth Mental Wellness 
Spec App:  384           Support (SF 2483). Reduces nonrecurring general 
                         revenue funding from BayCare Health - Pasco Central 
                         Receiving Facility Services (SF 1728) by the same 
                         amount.
