On Page: 314             Provides $350,000 in nonrecurring State 
                         Transportation Trust Fund authority for Jacksonville 
Spec App:  2097A         - 11th and 12th Street Connector (SF 2931). Reduces 
                         Jacksonville - Hogan Street Emerald Trail from Union 
                         Street to 1st Street (SF 3119) by the same amount.
