                         funds for the University of Florida: Enterprise 
Spec App:  152           Resource Planning (ERP) Computer System 
                         Modernization (SF 3645). Reduces funding by the same 
                         amount from the Workforce Development Capitalization 
                         Incentive Grant Program.
