                         funds for the Emergency Operations Support - 
Spec App:  2338          SaaS-Based Hyperlocal Weather Radar Coverage - 
                         Renewal (SF 1169). Reduces the Fixed Capital Outlay 
                         Reed Act Building – Statewide category by the same 
                         amount.
