On Page: 123             Provides $350,000 in nonrecurring general revenue 
                         funds for YMCA of Florida's First Coast: Lake 
Spec App:  472A          Brooklyn Water Safety Complex at Camp Immokalee (SF 
                         3072). Reduces funding by the same amount from the 
                         Five Star Veterans Center Expansion Phase 3 (SF 
                         2654).
