On Page: 131             Provides $350,000 in nonrecurring general revenue 
                         funds for Florida Network of Children's Advocacy 
Spec App:  514A          Centers - Bridge the Gap (SF 3427). Reduces 
                         nonrecurring general revenue funding from Fixed 
                         Capital Outlay for County Health Departments by the 
                         same amount.
