                         funds for Chattahoochee Force and Watermain 
Spec App:  1766A         Replacement (SF 1449).  Reduces funding by the same 
                         amount from Wauchula - Airport Deep Well Potable 
                         Water and Fire Safety Improvements (SF 3542).
