On Page: 291             Provides $350,000 in nonrecurring general revenue 
                         funds for Nova Southeastern University: 
Spec App:  1872          Oceanographic Campus Wharf Renewal and Seagrass 
                         Mitigation (SF 1106).  Reduces funding by the same 
                         amount from the Wauchula - Airport Deep Well Potable 
                         Water and Fire Safety Improvements (SF 3542).
