amendment:

On Page: 006             Provides $1,000,000 in nonrecurring PECO trust funds 
                         for the College of the Florida Keys- Chiller Plant 
Spec App:  16A           Infrastructure (SF 3063). Reduces funding by the 
                         same amount from the State University System 
                         Maintenance, Repair, Renovation, and Remodeling.
