On Page: 314             Provides $500,000 in nonrecurring State 
                         Transportation Trust Fund authority for Palm Bay – 
Spec App:  2097A         Babcock Street Phase One Widening Improvement 
                         Project (SF 3451). Reduces Brevard County – North 
                         Banana River Drive South Bridge Replacement (SF 
                         1185) by the same amount.
