amendment:

On Page: 089             Provides $350,000 in nonrecurring general revenue 
                         funds for Operation Healing Forces - Enhanced 
Spec App:  308           Resilience, Rehabilitation, and Reintegration 
                         Programming (SF 2259). Reduces nonrecurring general 
                         revenue funding from Fixed Capital Outlay for 
                         Centrally Managed Facilities by the same amount.
