On Page: 131             Provides $350,000 in nonrecurring general revenue 
                         funds for Persaud Legacy Equine Therapy Center (SF 
Spec App:  514A          1342). Reduces nonrecurring general revenue funding 
                         from Fixed Capital Outlay for County Health 
                         Departments by the same amount.
