                         University) (SF 2756) in Specific Appropriation 
                         2336A of chapter 2023-239, Laws of Florida, shall 
                         revert and is appropriated to the department for the 
                         Revert and Reappropriate - OCEARCH Mayport Research 
                         and Operations Center to the City of Jacksonville.
