On Page: 100             Provides $80,000 in nonrecurring general revenue 
                         funds for Brehon Family Stabilization (SF 1524).  
Spec App:  362           Reduces nonrecurring general revenue funding from 
                         Connecting Everyone with Second Chances (CESC) - 
                         Emergency Homeless Shelter Services (SF 1477) by the 
                         same amount.
