                         funds for North Bay Village Outfall Valves Upgrade 
Spec App:  1766A         Phase II (SF 2540).  Reduces funding by the same 
                         amount from Opa-locka Drinking Water and 
                         Transmission Distribution System Improvement- Phase 
                         1 (SF 2388).
