The Committee on Appropriations (Trumbull) recommended the following 
amendment:

Section: 03              EXPLANATION:

On Page: 131             Provides $350,000 in nonrecurring general revenue 
                         funds for Folds of Honor Educational Support for 
Spec App:  514           Military and First Responder Families (SF 2004). 
                         Reduces nonrecurring general revenue funding from 
                         Fixed Capital Outlay for County Health Departments 
                         by the same amount.Provides $350,000 in nonrecurring 
                         general revenue funds for Folds of Honor Educational 
                         Support for Military and First Responder Families 
                         (SF 2004). Reduces nonrecurring general revenue 
                         funding from Fixed Capital Outlay for County Health 
                         Departments by the same amount.
