On Page: 131             Provides $500,000 of nonrecurring general revenue 
                         funding for NAMI Florida - Expanding Florida’s Peer 
Spec App:  514           Support for Youth and Families (SF 3425). Reduces 
                         nonrecurring general revenue funding from Fixed 
                         Capital Outlay for County Health Departments by the 
                         same amount.
