On Page: 018             Provides $350,000 in nonrecurring general revenue 
                         funds for the Florida Center for Early Childhood 
Spec App:  79            Professional Recognition (SF 3595). Reduces funding 
                         by the same amount from the Florida Early Learning 
                         Corps (SF 1134).
