On Page: 277             Provides $157,500 in nonrecurring general revenue 
                         funds for Miami-Dade County Stormwater Local 
Spec App:  1766A         Drainage Improvement on SW 200 Ter from SW 129 Ave 
                         to SW 130 Ave (SF 1414).  Reduces funding by the 
                         same amount from Key Biscayne Garden District Flood 
                         (SF 1140).
