                         funds for Brevard County South Beaches 2nd Deep 
Spec App:  1766A         Injection Well (SF 1285).  Reduces funding by the 
                         same amount from Wauchula - Airport Deep Well 
                         Potable Water and Fire Safety Improvements (SF 
                         3542).
