On Page: 277             Provides $150,000 in nonrecurring general revenue 
                         funds for Biscayne Park Septic to Sewer Conversion 
Spec App:  1766A         Assessment (SF 1770).  Reduces funding by the same 
                         amount from Bal Harbour Camden Drive Sanitary Sewer 
                         Replacement (SF 1400).
