       following:

    5         Section 21. Section 570.832, Florida Statutes, is created
    6  to read:
    7         570.832 Florida Native Seed Research and Marketing
    8  Program.—The Florida Wildflower Foundation, in coordination with
    9  the department, shall, subject to appropriation, establish the
   10  Florida Native Seed Research and Marketing Program to conduct
   11  research designed to expand the availability and uses of native
   12  seeds and strengthen the market position of this state’s native
   13  seed industry through marketing campaigns and promotions in this
   14  state and the nation.
