    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)

    3         Between lines 217 and 218
    4  insert:
    5         Section 3. The Legislature finds and declares that this act
    6  fulfills an important state interest.

    9  And the title is amended as follows:
   10         Delete line 14
   11  and insert:
   12         specified presumption; providing a finding and
   13         declaration of important state interest; providing an
   14         effective date.
