       The Committee on Rules (Burton) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment to Amendment (728884) (with title
    2  amendment)

    4         Between lines 23 and 24
    5  insert:
    6         (c) This subsection may not be construed to create any
    7  prohibition or requirement for a supervising health care
    8  practitioner or an entity licensed, registered, regulated, or
    9  certified by the Agency for Health Care Administration as
   10  provided in s. 408.802 relating to the adoption of bylaws or
   11  policies regarding the use of health care practitioner titles in
   12  a workplace setting.
