       The Committee on Rules (Gaetz) recommended the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Between lines 92 and 93
    4  insert:
    5  
    6  A local government that is required by state law to limit the
    7  number of new dwelling units within the local government’s
    8  jurisdiction is not required to adopt an ordinance in accordance
    9  with this subsection, but may adopt an ordinance to allow
   10  accessory dwelling units in any area zoned for single-family
   11  residential use.
