       Senator Martin moved the following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)

    3         Delete line 1375
    4  and insert:
    5         Section 25. Effective upon becoming a law, the following
    6  rules are ratified for the sole and exclusive purpose of
    7  satisfying any condition on effectiveness imposed under chapter
    8  2025-100, Laws of Florida: Rules 69C-2.004, 69C-2.005, 69C
    9  2.016, 69C-2.022, 69C-2.026, 69C-2.034, 69C-2.035, 69U-100.097,
   10  69V-560.1000, 69V-560.1012, 69V-560.102, 69V-560.7032, 69V
   11  560.7033, 69V-560.7034, 69V-560.7035, and 69V-560.7036, Florida
   12  Administrative Code, entitled “Definitions,” “Designation of a
   13  Qualified Public Depository,” “Financial Information Reports by
   14  a Qualified Public Depository,” “Requirements of Public
   15  Depositors,” “Administration of Payment of Losses,”
   16  “Disqualification, Suspension, and Administrative Penalty,”
   17  “Custodians of Gold Coin or Silver Coin,” “Gold Coin or Silver
   18  Coin Deposits,” “Disciplinary Guidelines,” “Adoption of Forms,”
   19  “Application or Appointment Procedures and Requirements,”
   20  “Records to Be Maintained when Engaged in Transactions Involving
   21  Gold and Silver Coin,” “Gold Coin and Silver Coin Disclosures,”
   22  “Accredited Refiner or Wholesaler of Gold Coin or Silver Coin,”
   23  “Chain of Custody Related to Gold or Silver Coin,” and “Rapid
   24  Response Time by Law Enforcement,” respectively, as filed for
   25  adoption with the Department of State pursuant to the
   26  certification packages dated October 31, 2025, and November 1,
   27  2025.
   28         Section 26. Effective upon becoming a law, section 18 of
   29  chapter 2025-100, Laws of Florida, is repealed.
   30         Section 27. Except as otherwise expressly provided in this
   31  act and except for this section, which shall take effect upon
   32  this act becoming a law, this act shall take effect July 1,
   33  2026.

   36  And the title is amended as follows:
   37         Delete lines 134 - 135
   38  and insert:
   39         F.S.; conforming a cross-reference; ratifying
   40         specified rules relating to legal tender for the sole
   41         and exclusive purpose of satisfying any condition on
   42         effectiveness pursuant to chapter 2025-100, Laws of
   43         Florida; repealing s. 18 of chapter 2025-100, Laws of
   44         Florida, which repeals specified provisions relating
   45         to legal tender; providing effective dates.
