       The Committee on Banking and Insurance (Martin) recommended the
       following:
       
    1         Senate Amendment (with title amendment)
    2  
    3         Between lines 435 and 436
    4  insert:
    5         Section 4. Section 520.135, Florida Statutes, is created to
    6  read:
    7         520.135 Surrendered or repossessed vehicles.—The rights and
    8  obligations of parties with respect to a surrendered or
    9  repossessed motor vehicle are exclusively governed by part VI of
   10  chapter 679.

   13  And the title is amended as follows:
   14         Between lines 32 and 33
   15  insert:
   16         creating s. 520.135, F.S.; specifying that the rights
   17         and obligation of parties with respect to a
   18         surrendered or repossessed motor vehicle are
   19         exclusively governed by certain provisions;
